caller ID does not work

i have AX controller and i make that you say in caller ID solution to enable it but it doesnt work,
so i need some one to mention exactly the steps to enable caller ID on AX controller.

What type of trunks to you have installed?   LS/GS, PRI or T1?

I have analog trunk but still could not get Caller ID...

My first question would be: are you sure you're getting caller ID on the trunks?
The way you can find out is to place your butt set on the line and call it.
You should hear a burst of data between the 1st and second rings.

yes Ralph,we are getting caller ID
