Have a 3300 running 10.2.0.26_2, in a multi-level tree menu box where one of the options sends the caller to a ring group. All of the extensions ring, but after 20 seconds the "overflow"
is an information only mailbox, but it does not answer no matter after 100 rings?
Any ideas?
