I'm wanting to make sure I haven't made the board too hard to use. To the best of my knowledge and my testing indicates that you only have to go through the Captcha process once in your entire "Mitel Forums Career."
It turned it up to a pretty ridiculous level when I upgraded the board a few months ago. I realize it makes it a bit hard for new users to sign up, however I considered that a better option than switching to a manual validation procedure. So far, it seems to be working. The number of new "Junk" users each week has decreased considerably. And I don't think we've been spammed since the change was made.
What are your thoughts on it?
