Yes, I know we're well in to MiVCR's eleventh hour. Trying to follow HO5141, it advises the connection to the license server should be working before starting. But https://servicecenter.oaisys.com/oaisysservicecenter.asmx seems to be down and from the logs on an example server, it's been at least a day. Did they pull the plug early?

They haven't pulled the plug early but check out KMS AL550.

They're having a scheduled brown out.
