How, if still possible, can I access the WebAdmin for my company's Aastra 470 system?
My company has a number of Aastra 5370 phones connected to an Aastra 470 system and I am trying to change the "Own ID" or caller IDs on the numbers. It seems the Ip address to access the WebAdmin portal is an old system. Is there any way I can access it or is there something else I need to be doing?
I tried talking to our carrier and Mitel tech support but they both told me to contact the contractor who installed the system. The problem is no one in the company remembers who installed it...
