DNIS Reports

MiVB 9.x; CC 9.1.x:
Would like to get reports for certain DNIS'.  Running DNIS reports reflect 0 calls - report runs and completes.  Same for Call Accounting > DNIS Reports.

The trunk COS SMDR settings have been set to yes for years.  The DNIS' exist in YSE > Devices > DNIS.

In CCC > SMDR Inspectors there are many records with the DNIS as well in MiVCR.

Anyone have an idea as to what the issue could be?

Mystery solved...

In the Call Recorder, the DNIS' show up with 10 digit...
In YSE > DNIS' are setup with 10 digit

In SMDR, they are 7 digit.

Updated the DNIS' in YSE > DNIS to 7 digit to get report statistics.
