Locating an Extension
« on: March 10, 2021, 12:58:26 PM »
I'm running Release level: 8.0 SP3 PR2   Active software load: 14.0.3.37  Inactive software load: 13.2.0.17 and I'm trying to figure out how I locate an extension that is programmed on several phone's buttons.

For example, our front desk peron's phone is ex. 12345.  On the PBX there are 5 phones that have ex. 12345 as a programmed user speed dial.  Is there away to simply locate which phones have ex 12345 programmed to a button?

Thank you.

It'll be in Users & Devices > Advanced Config > Mulitline Appearance Groups.

With the caveat that if it's only User Speedcalls it won't be there. That's more for Single Line/Key System/Multicall Apperances.

For something like key programming I normally export the "Multiline Set Keys" for and then filter with excel from there.

Thank you both for your input.

@sarond: That is what I ended up doing, I was just keeping my fingers crossed there was a cleaner way of doing it.

Again thank you both.
