Acd path + Rad
« on: October 07, 2020, 03:46:25 PM »
Hi guys ,

i set a DID speedcall to my acd path number (inside I put a hunt group to play "we are currently closed"), I have no interflow.

what I want to do is stop the call after playing "we are currently closed.....(so in the COS of the RAD), I adapted the "Answer Plus Message Length Timer" to the time of my message.

but when i call my DID number, after "we are currently closed ..." i can hear my music on hold . In my Acd path , the MOH is set to "none"

any idea?

I suppose the ultimate purpose might be told, but you could upload silence and assigned it to the queue as moh otherwise it appears to play the trunk default

The problem with this solution is that a call will never be ended unless the caller hangs up

How have you configured the Huntgroup?
If as a type:RAD it will reconnect them to the ACD Path and put them in que.

If you set the type:Voice it should play the message and disconnect them afterwards, if i recall correctly.

You set the hunt group as RAD type.

Send the calls to it and then it will play the message and hangup when finished.

You could also interflow to blank as that should disconnect

even with an empty interflow I have this problem. I really think it's a bug on the last release 9.1. I'm waiting for the return of the mitel spport (open ticket)
