Both 7.x and 8.x clients in use.
In Status Management, there are Phone Settings configurations. Two of the options are PBX Default and MiCollab Client Default.
I understand the PBX Default - should be the Call Handling / Call Routing setup for the extension in the PBX.
But where would I see the MiCollab Client Default? Is setting the PBX Default 'preferred'?
