We are having a rough time getting the softphones configured correctly. When on local network it works fine. When connected via VPN it works fine When not on Local network or VPN we are getting registration failed. Everything we have setup looks correct. What would stop the registration from completing. One thing that came to mind was that we have a local DNS setup for the MIMBG server and there is also an external DNS for the same domain name. Those are different. Any thoughts??
