4 analog lines - 1 of 4 cannot be placed on hold

any incoming calls that need to be placed on hold cannot be placed on hold on one of the lines the other 3 you can.  All lines are in the Same COS.

Maybe not the same sip device capabilities

Verify all 4 have the same trunk circuit descriptor assigned.
