Mitel SX-200 Embedded VM and AA
« on: December 10, 2019, 05:56:06 PM »
I set an AA using the embedded voicemail on a SX-200 AX controller running 5.0.2. The customer wants a "stay on the line" option to ring to the front desk. Is there a way to program this?

Does it not by default transfer to zero box setting?

If no selection is made the call is handled by mailbox 0... Make it a Transfer Only mailbox and enter the extension of the Front Desk in the mailbox.

It plays the message a total of three times before it transfers the call.

So MLAA. With MLAA there is now way around the repeat. You would have to use the default vmail hunt group and have a mailbox per keypress they could be transfer only

Thanks all for your help. I had the customer re-record with a "Press 0 for operator"
