We recently began the process to leverage the SMS feature via ignite, The documentation on the Mitel side is straight forward and a breeze to configure. However I have contacted Mitel TS to obtain documentation for the Twilio side of the configuration. They do not possess any documentation for the Twilio interface. I am trying to determine we are connected to the Twilio service and have not found a way to determine. We see the texts in the Twilio interface, but no record of that conversation exists in the MiCC. In lamens terms, how does that text get from Twilio to the MiCC server? The Micc server must authenicate to Twilio? Any and all comments and suggestions are appreciated.
