Is there a way to show calls on hold between multiple 5550 IP consoles? I have the BLF lists shared but would like to share the held calls between two consoles so they can help each other on ring backs.

sorry i dont have the response for your question , but i have a question for you.
I have 500 users , and i have to create phantom extension 6940 with 96 Dss busy lamp .
I just want to know how did u put the BLF List and if it's possible to automatically generate all users in Mivoice business console without creating Dss busy lamp.
