Maintenance Commands History clearing out

I was wondering if anyone else has seen this.  I logged into the 3300 this morning and went into the Maintenance Commands and when I selected my history, it was empty.  It has been a little while since I have seen this and brushed it off because it was right around an upgrade.  There have been no upgrades since and it just cleared today.  Any thoughts on why this is happening?  It even again cleared my commands from this morning.

I noticed that this morning.
I entered a couple of commands and when I went to history it was blank.
It started working after that.

Another Mitel mystery, perhaps?

Hi Ralph, thank you for responding.  I was wondering if I would have to look for someone trying to erase their tracks after getting into the system.  I have changed all the default passwords that I could find on the system last time.  We found someone was accessing and dialing numbers through the system voicemail.  I did check the logs for any changes and found nothing. 

I think you might be right, we may need to tag this a Mitel mystery.
