There have been a number of times when different customers of mine complain about calls not goinhg through or being cut off. I have seen other techs before, set up the diagnostics of the 5000, so that they could see live monitoring of calls coming into and going out of the system. You see the number dialled and details of where it has been routed in the 5000. Hpwever, I cannot seem to find any details on how to set this up.
It would have been useful in a number of my recent jobs.
Can anyone out there explain how to set up the diagnostics, so that I can see this information as it happens...
