I have a users phone that when she puts a caller on hold and receives another call it transfers the original call to the attendant after about one minute of being on hold. This is the HR lady and her calls need to stay on her phone. How do I fix this?
Transfer Recall Destination is currently set to her extension.
example:
call comes in ext. 1009 answers
call come in to same ext 1009
user sets first call on hold
user answers second call
after 1 minute of being on hold original call is auto transferred to attendant
this original call on hold is then answered by another user
