MLAA Multi Level Auto Attendent
« on: September 17, 2010, 10:57:25 AM »
Is it true that the only entries you can place in these are extension w/mbox or just a mailbox?

I want to create several entries that forward users off site.  I created speedcall numbers and analog extensions and used call routing tables to forward each analog extension to the speedcall numbers, but MLAA will not let me enter the Analog extensions.

I just tried it on my switch.

I created a speed call of 9997 to go to my second phone.   Then created a VM box of 9997 with an extension of 9997.
I then dialed the AA and entered 9997.   Worked great.

This client just needs to purchase the additional mbox licenses then.
