If your service provider removes the override and the telephone number you entered into your CPN Sub form or Assoc. Directory Number form should appear on the external called party's CID. ATT is telling us that if they remove their screening table there is no database for them to send address information to 911.
But..on my phone (called party) I had the client call my DID, it gave the original "NAME" associated with the PRI but when I hit toggle, it shows the CPN Substitution number I programmed for DID group A and a different one for DID Group B.
I believe if ATT sees that I am sending 555-555-1234 on all outbound calls for group A, then that 1234 should have an address associated with it. If I send 555-555-4321 for group B, there should be another address associated with that number.
My questions is this, all my traces and even external calls i received from the client shows it works correctly, what is the process that most service providers and 911 databases have to do to make sure an address is associated with these numbers?
