3.2 console software installed on inter tel axxess 7.0

I have been trying to get Mitel 3.2 console software to work on intertel axxess with 7.0 software.The console works great on my inter tel 5000 with 2.2 software.I have premium features programmed for OIA events & OIA third party control with serial port programmed for OIA on the axxess system.
Can not get phone system to connect with computer with the console software.Have wired serial port with pin outs from inter tel 7.0 install manual.
Have a transceiver to convert the RS 232 output to TCP/IP for network connection to console computer.
Am I missing something?

TYTEL,

I am not sure why you are trying to get the Mitel version working with the Axxess at such a low version, but I know the OAI stream is below what is supported by that version.

Try upgrading the Axxes to 11.0 and see if that fixes the issue.
