5320/30/40 Built in switch changed to gigabit
« on: December 01, 2016, 03:27:11 PM »
We purchased a lot of new 5320/30/40 phone a few years back.  All came with built in gigabit switch to allow phone and computer use with a single RG45 wall port.

Anyhow, there were a few ebay units purchased over the years and I noticed some machines boot up with only 10/100 connection...i'm wondering if the 5320/30/40 units ever had only a 10/100 switch or the option for this?

I always assumed they all were 10/100/1000 switch built in but perhaps that is only the newer units?

Thanks!

The 5320, 5330, and 5340 were 10/100.

The 5320e, 5330e, and 5340e are 10/100/1000.

Ah, I see.  I want aware there were even different models!  That makes sense and makes it easier to identify!

Take care and thx for the quick reply.
