my problem is not sync to AMC ...

this error :
"Proxy Error
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET/server-manager/cgi-bin<service status.
Reason: Error reading from remote server"
do you understand my problem?

Is this a new install or an existing installation?

Is the MSL server inside the LAN or on the network edge?

Do you have working DNS and can you login as root and ping sync.mitel-amc.com successfully?

Is SSH allowed via your proxy and are your proxy settings correct in MSL?
