No answer at hunt group goes to voicemail

I have 2 hunt groups set up that if no one answers after the set amount of rings I want it to go to 1 voicemail box.  I have already created the mailbox I just need to know how to make the hunt groups go to it after no one answers.

Nate.Dixon,

Create a Call Routing Announcement under Voice Processor > Devices > Applications

Delete the Day and Night Default Recording

Set the Timeout under Digit Translations to Transfer to Mailbox and then in the next column put in the extension of the mailbox you want it to go to.

Go to your Hunt Group and put in the extension number of the newly created CRA in the Recall field

Set the Timer for Recall to be whatever you want it to be before going to the mailbox. Keep in mind that every 6 seconds is a ring cycle on a Hunt Group.
