Hello:
We have a Mitel 3300 and about 100 teleworker phones (Mitel Border Gateway).
We use DSS/Busy lamp keys all the time on our LAN where the 3300 is present with no problem. On on remote, teleworker phones, we program the keys in the same way and they flash only for incoming calls. They do not stay lit if the person is on the phone.
The Class of Service is the same for both the LAN phones and teleworkers.
Any idea what could be causing this?
