playing whole RAD greeting before redirecting call

Hello. I have a RAD greeting which plays to users at the beginning when dialing an external number. The whole RAD greeting should be played, after which the user is redirected to an agent. However, users are redirected to agents, before listening to the whole RAD greeting. Setting the Answer Plus Message Length Timer to 30 (the RAD greeting is 20 sec), does not fix the problem and users aren't able to listen to the whole RAD greeting. Is there any other setting I can change to make sure that the whole RAD greeting is played, before an agent's phone rings? Thanks.

The RAD msg length timer is not what you're looking for.
That timer tells the Mitel to cut off the message at X seconds.
I generally set that to MAX as well as the expected off hook timer.

How are you using your RAD?  Is it in an ACD path or are you ringing it directly?
If you're ringing it directly then the timer you're looking for is the Call Forward No Answer timer.
If in ACD path then the timer is the Interflow timer.

The RAD is in an ACD path. The interflow settings are set as follows:

Interflow Enabled              yes
Interflow Time Out Minutes   1
Interflow Time Out Seconds   32

but the RAD greeting still doesn't play to completion and the user is redirected to the agent  :-\

In the RADs COS max out the two timers.
Be sure the path is set up to ring the RAD right away.  (1 sec).

Adding an empty primary agent skill group under ACD paths, with an overflow timer set to just more than the RAD greeting length, fixed the problem and the whole greeting plays now.
