Searching for which Pickup Group an extension is in
« on: April 29, 2016, 02:10:38 AM »
I can do a LOCATE GROUP_PRESENCE 1111
and it will tell me that 1111 is in a ring group.

But I can't find any way to locate what pickup group 1111 is in.

Is there even a way to find this out?

I have 4 pages of pickup groups, and when somebody says, "oh, can you make a new pickup group and put 1111, 1112, 1113 in it", if 1111 is already in a pickup group, I have to click on each pickup group one by one to see where it appears so I can remove it before I can put it in the new one.

For that one you can use another form "User and Device Attributes". Search for the number and it will tell you what pickupgroup number it's in. You can also change the pickup group there as well as other properties.

I hope this helps.

Cheers,

Dutch

Ah, that will be useful, thanks. Haven't used that form yet as far as I can remember.
