PLease help me, how to upgrade Mitel 5340 firmware with easy TFTP server (TFTPD32)?
I have the .bin files.

Are you talking about a SIP mode 5340, or one that is connected to a 5000 system?
If SIP mode, you need to put the files in a folder and share that folder with TFTPD32 (turn off Windows Firewall and/or Internet Security software), then web to the phone and enter the IP address of your PC.
If you mean on the 5000 (MiNET mode), then you don't... the phone pulls the proper firmware form the system and it has to match the version in the system. Loading a firmware that is not the match to the system version can cause unreliable operation.
