Run call details outbound reports for an extension

Hi guys,

Is there a way to run an outbound call details report for a particular extension without resorting to ACD functionality?

We usually use third party software which we let connect to the Mitel on port 1752. If SMDR options have been configured the way you want that port will output the SMDR data. You could record this data into a selfmade database as well although I have no experience with that.

Without resorting to ACD functionality, I believe MiContact Center v8 also allows for extended extension reporting as well. But I myself still have to look into that one. Aside that MiCC also has a business reporter option but I have never used it since as said we use third party software for it.

The 3300/MCD will store up to 20,000 records in the SMDR logs. Assuming you have the SMDR Options form programmed appropriately, you can pull basic (last x records or string match) reports straight from Maintenance Commands - "logs read smdr newest 10" or "logs read smdr all match 1234", for example.
