We have a Mitel 5000 system running v 6.0.? apparently. It sits on 10.22.10.X There is an entry in the firewall to allow it communicate on 10.22.50.X Our computer sits on 10.22.50.X When I run DB Programming it pops up that 'AWS webpage and advanced system monitoring are not available.' I know on at least one of the old computers AWS worked. Nothing else should have changed except the computer. What am I missing? Why doesn't it work anymore?

Port 443 (HTTPS) isn't passing between the VLANs properly, or someone changed the Web Administration (HTTPS) port in the 5000, we often change them to 8443 for ease of port forwarding in simple routers.
