Mitel 3300 - Auto attendant transfer help!
« on: October 27, 2015, 09:16:03 AM »
Hi Guys,

Very new to the 3300 so be nice :D

Basically we have a set up on the auto attendant press 1 for blah blah press 2 for blah blah etc. For option 1 this is pointed at a speed dial, so its gets forwarded to a mobile (On duty Tech) when we test this, we just get dead tone after pressing that option.

There is also a facility to leave a message (option 2) This works, i have also checked the speed dial contact, to make sure the forward is on, this works.

Any ideas on what i need to be looking at?

Thanks Guys

In the speed dial setup did you tick override toll control?

Verify that your VM ports and your trunks have public network to public network connections allowed.

Also check the COR of your trunks... Assuming you are calling in on a trunk and out on a trunk to test, the COR needs to be allowed access to call out.
