Mitel 3300 Tenanting q's
« on: March 27, 2012, 11:38:42 AM »
We have 3300 cx controller and our mitel vendor set up tenanting for us.. we have 1 pri for both but have 2 diff outgoing #'s being displayed.. 1 for one "side" and 1 for the other "side"... extensions within tenant 2 all have the same outgoing # being displayed and so does tenant 1.. i need to add another extension to tenant 2 so it too can display that outgoing #.. i added that extension to tenant 2 in the multiline IP set configuration page but it still displays outgoing # for tenant 1 extensions..

-i tried deleting extension completely and adding it back into tenant 2 in that same configuration page but same result.. figuring this is an easy fix w/o having to pay $.. please help.. thanks!!!

Try the easy thing first.
Go to the Associated Directory Number form and click add.
In the drop down box set to CPN Substitution.
For the directory number put the number of the extension you want the new DID for.
In the Associated number box put the DID you want to display.

I've attached a screen shot of the form.

You have an older version of software.   You may want to upgrade.
