Forwarding and class of restriction

Hi all
I have some extensions set up with a class of restriction so they can only dial internal extensions, however many of the target extensions are set up to forward to mobiles.
Is there a way (without unrestricting the extensions) to allow them to call an extension and have the diversion kick in? Currently they just ring out, and only forward if I change the class of restriction.

Also, where would I find the restriction settings? I can only find the class of restriction groups that don't show what the restrictions are (they just say 1-4)

If the users are always forwarding to the same mobile I would create them as a speed call that allows to override toll restriction, then forward to the speed call.

As for COR read this article and come back with questions.
It can take a bit to get your head around if you haven't done it before.

it could be any mobile. Basically I want it to ignore COR for forwarded calls, but obey it for direct calls.

There are a couple of ways to do this.

1) As Sarond suggested, forward the phones to speed dials that over ride toll controll.   Generally this is the easiest.

2) Create a new COR option that is not restricted.  i.e. 64.   The in the Maximum digits Allowed form put a restriction on 64 to 4 digits. (or whatever the number of digits in your extension).   Assign COR 64 to the phones you want restricted.   Now when the user dials 5 digits the call will be blocked but it will still be able to call internal extensions if they are forwarded.
