Nupoint Call Flow issue

Hi there,

I am using some call flows in Nupoint, the options point to ACD paths with ACD groups which all works very well. The only problem I have is that I have set the interflow dialling list to dial back into the Nupoint to the mailbox of the Path. So in my senario I have a path of 8401 with an interflow dialling list of 7000 (HG of VM ports). I just get 'please wait while I transfer your call'. It works if I divert it to the embedded VM

I suspect that either the issue is that it is just bouncing or that I am missing a Feature COS on the Nupoint. I have tried creating a NT HG which is forwarded always to the path and then created a mailbox of that number but that isnt working either.

Dont worry I cracked it

Needed to create a line key and forward that always to VM then use the interflow dialling list to that number
