Remotely identify cabinet model?
« on: May 15, 2015, 02:43:42 AM »
I've been asked to do a remote audit on a site. The software is the oldest I've personally seen: 7.1.4.9_1. Is there a way to tell if it's a CX or whatever?

Can you get shell access?

If so you can try this.

There is also a PLATFORMTYPE maintenance command but not sure when it was introduced.

It took a while, but I was eventually able to check this out. I didn't have access to PuTTY, but the PLATFORMTYPE maintenance command did the job, even on such an old version. Thanks. :)
