Pin code for dialing International calls

Hi,

It’s possible to assign pin code before dialing to international calls and no pin for City and local calls for particular Extension at Mitel PBX .

Give international calls a cor that blocks users, then create verified account codes that give them an allowed value to make the call.

Yes.
First you must set up restrictions so that international calls are blocked.
Next you must assign Independent Account codes to people that need access to international calls.  These account codes must have a COR that allows for international calling.
Then when the user wants to dial an international call they dial <Independent AC FAC>+<Account code>+'#'+<international number>
