Mitel contact center upgrade

Hi

we have a contactcenter with 180 agents running v6.0.3.0, and are planning to upgrade to v7.

Did anybody did this already? is this an simple upgrade or?

also is it possible to install a new V7 server next to the existing V6 server so that agents can see and test the new client?

Seem to recall that when I did it, the software was really picky about what exact version you were running, and it was kind of a PITA. I would make sure to read all documents before trying it on a live machine. I think in my case I was up further than it liked which IMHO shouldn't have been an issue.

Being virtual would be an assest, having a way to get back is always good.
