Terminal Hunt on Trunk Group Question

Hi everyone.  I can't fully understand the terminal hunt mode on PRI trunks.  I'm hoping someone can clarify it.  Thank you.

Here's the scenario:
2 PRI T1s on MCD3300 programmed as one trunk group.

1st PRI is NOT working.  All channels are "not seizable" but the link is up.
2nd PRI is working.  All channels are "idle".

So if I make a call, since it's a terminal hunt, it's going to go to the 1st channel on the 1st PRI.  But since the channel is "not seizable", is it going to try the second channel on the 1st PRI? And my call will only successfully complete once I hit the 2nd PRI, correct?

You will find that most will setup dialout in reverse order of incoming calls. I.E. if you have 2 inbound pri's say 1 and 2 and their respective trunk numbers are like 101-123 and 201-223, the outbound would be 223 down to 101. You can add members to the group using -1
