MiCollab desktop client
« on: January 02, 2015, 08:51:11 AM »
Hi is it possible to have the client start minimised if you auto start at pc boot?

Currently it starts but I have to minimize manually and cannot find a setting in the client itself.

Thanks in advance

MitelUK2010,
There might be some trick "Windows" way to do this, but not via a setting within the MiCollab Client. I have gone through the settings in the MiCollab Client (I'm using ver. 6.0.327.0) and could not find any such setting. However, just a quick google search yields this result: http://www.sevenforums.com/general-discussion/296730-force-shortcut-program-start-minimized.html

Go to Start > All Programs > Startup and right click on the UCA icon. In the Run: section, change the option from Normal Window to Minimized, then click OK.
