DHCP Discovery
« on: November 14, 2014, 09:14:44 AM »
Hello,

I have recently upgraded from 6 to 7 and  I have a few phones that are stuck in DHCP discovery main version 05.02.01.07 I believe these were sitting off the network for a little while. I went into options and noticed that IPv4 DHCP was disabled not sure how you enable it? Then I noticed IPv6 DHCP was enabled and I was able to disable it. Then the phone rebooted and now it's stuck on a screen I have never seen.

Assert 222
LinkMaint_Resiliency
Assertion failed-25

the DHCP Options on the PBX are as follows
ID 3 router
6 DNS server
44 NetBios Name Server
125 Mitel
128 TFTP Server
129 Call Server
130 IP PHone Identifier
134 DSCP

Thanks,

I set the IPv6 back to default and this turned off the below message but I'm still stuck in DHCP. I have tried programming the phone manually but didn't get anywhere either.

Try putting static values in for your settings to see if it functions
