Lab setup:
MXe-III 7.0 SP1 PR1
SPA942 programmed as Generic SIP device (x1010)
(3) 5340e (x’s 1001-1003)
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Working – I have two audio and ring indications. I can make calls to two DN’s (1001-1002) from x1010, placing them both on hold, and can bounce between calls successfully. So, multiple outbound calls work. I can also transfer calls to/from 5340s without issue to/from x1010.
My problem is after calling x1010 from a 5340 and establishing a conversation, an second call to x1010 from a 5340 gets a busy signal instead of ringing the open multicall key. So x1010 can only receive one inbound call at a time.
MiVB:
I have (1) Multicall key setup in MiVB for x1010, so it has primary DN x1010.
Enable Digit Collection During Busy or Alerting State – Yes
Allow Device To Use Multiple Active M-Lines – Yes
Force Device Busy If Any Line In Use - No
ACP only Device - No
SPA942:
I have x1010 set as Ext 1 (registered); on the Phone tab, I assigned Ext 1 to Line Keys 1-2
