Replace SSL certificate?

I have a GoDaddy SSL cert installed on our MAS server, and I just received a message from GoDaddy that says I should rekey the certificate and reinstall to upgrade from a SHA-1 certificate to the more secure SHA-2 certificate

Do I simply have to go to "Manage Web Server Certificates" on the MAS box, select "Upload and install a web server certificate" and upload it?

Or is there something more complex?

I would think that you'd need to generate a new certificate request, since it sounds to me that's what "rekey" seems to imply.

Thanks - the GoDaddy email says:

• Log in to your SSL manager.
• Check the box next to the certificate(s) that need to be replaced.
• Click the blue 'Re-Key' icon.
• Select the box to reuse your current CSR (Certificate Signing Request).
• Click the black 'Re-Key' icon in the lower right.
• Watch for an email with instructions to validate and download your certificate.
• Once the new certificate has been created, complete installation immediately to ensure continuity of service. The old certificate will be removed from our system within 24 hours.

... so I am guessing that means I don't need a new CSR?
Sorry - not real fluent in this stuff, and don't want to screw anything up...
