I've got a situation where I want a desk phone and a softphone to ring at the same time.  Sounds easy enough.

We set up one user with this a while back and it works perfect.  We duplicated the setting for another use and it just wont work!  See screenshot below.

You can phone both devices with their extension, no issue.  Just if you have "deskphone" and "softphone" selected (using the right screenshot) it just won't ring the softphone.  It does however work on the left screenshot example.

I've even tried setting up a hunt group with both members being the desk and softphone...it works fine if you call the extension, but as soon as you use the UCA to set the status, it displays a message about "routing" and then only the softphone will ring!  Turn off the UCA status and then call the hunt group manually, and it works just fine.

In the PBX (Mitel 5000) the user settings are identical.

This simple task is driving me to drink.  Any suggestions???
