I'm trying to change the name of Hunt Group. You can't change the name on the Hunt Group page. So I'm in Telephone Directory. I can access the "Name" box, but when I try to save the new name, I get the message above ?

Any help is appreciated.

I know there used to be a problem with that if the name was one character too long.
I haven't seen that problem in a while so I don't know if it's still an issue.
Try using a different name - suggest "test" - and see if that resolves it. 
If it works then play with the name you really want.

Well,

Sometimes you get stuck on "I wanna do this !" So after a fresh cup of coffee this mornig, I found myself saying, Why are you trying to change the name, if it doesn't want to, just Delete the entry and make a new one with the new name. Duh.

Coffee is always good for that.
I often wake up in the middle of the night with the answer to some silly question that's been nagging me.
Then I can't get back to sleep.   Such a PIA.
