doorboxes
« on: May 15, 2014, 11:33:25 AM »
I added a doorbox to our Valcom box we were already using on our system and I am not sure how to direct the calls to the intended group of extensions.

I found a
  • Trunk Group Assignment
  • Trunk Service Assignment
  • Ring Group Assignment
associated with my other door box, but I can't figure out how to put it together for a new one.

Thanks!

I'm thinking these are LS (loop start) you are using?

Trunk attributes form, there are answer points for day, night1 and night2. If you already have some phones working on this and you want to add more look to see what those answer points are and add the other extensions to it. Could be hunt group, ring group, multicall or who knows really. Just depends on who set it up and what they like to use.
