Section is SYSTEM/TRUNK RELATED INFORMATION/CALL ROUTING TABLES. Each table can be set to route based on DID or Caller ID, and you can route between tables (Call Routing Key). For example, DID table sees it's a sales call, routes to Caller ID table to route to sales rep based on geography. Or call looks at caller ID first to see if it's on blocked list (robo-dial, angry ex-employees) and if not sends to DID table to send to destination.
Create your table, and for each number enter PATTERN (ALL digits carrier sends), DESCRIPTION (so you remember why you built this entry), RING-IN TYPE (usually SINGLE), and RING-IN DESTINATION (extension to send to. You may also choose MUSIC ON HOLD PROFILE if you want different MOH for each number.
Then set your CO TRUNK GROUP to ring to the table.
At the BOTTOM of the table add patterns for "E" (Empty, no number received) and "+" (any other number not in the list).
If you're using manual NIGHT MODE you can build sepeaate tables for day and night mode and choose appropriate table in your trunk group destinations. If you do this, put only the exceptions in the night table (numbers who change destination at night). Then put "+" at the BOTTOM and set destination to CALL ROUTING TABLE and choose the day table. Exceptions will follow their alternate routes at night but all others will refer back to day table so you don't need to duplicate entire table.
