login for mitel 5000

I Have forgotten how to login to a 5000, as I have never actually worked on one in the field

Nitrod,

You would log in using the System Administration and Diagnostic (SAaD) program to log into the system to program it. You can download this from Mitel's website and if it is not at the latest version you will need to look at getting the legacy versions to load up as well.
