Deleting LS Trunk
« on: October 23, 2013, 02:25:21 PM »
I'm trying to delete a analog trunk and I get "device is not man-busied" this line is not in use so I'm not sure why I get this or how to resolve it. When I access the trunk using the individual trunk access code it throws a busy signal at me. I have tried to delete it after I unplugged the cable from the PBX and that didn't work.

You will need the PLID of the line you are trying to delete. You will then enter the command: BUSY X-X-X-X, where X-X-X-X is the PLID for the line. Once busy you can delete it.
