All Tenants to use 9 for outsidedialtone !!
« on: May 30, 2013, 07:04:06 PM »
Dear friends,

I programmed an Mitel 3300 with 4 tenants. Each Tenants is using different code to get the outsite dial tone. For example, Tenant 1 press 9 for outside dial tone, Tenant 2 press 0, T 3 press *9 and T4 press #0. Is there a way that I can program that all Tenants can dial 9 to get outside dial tone and using their own analog trunk ?

Hope someone can help.

BR,

Gimitel

Setup the COR in a way that T1 is only allowed to use T1 trunks, etc.
If you are on version 6.o you might want to try LBR. If you can add digits after the controller has routes based on the zone for 9, then this is it.

Putting each tenant and their trunks in their own tenant group is probably the easiest way.
You can also build an interconnect table to block each other.

Yep as stated use tenanting or create a list for 9 with each tenant COR blocked so it can only access the route containing its own trunks.
