Maintenance logs
« on: April 17, 2013, 04:24:16 PM »
Hi, I have a MXe Controller 5.0 SP2 PR1 active load 11.0.2.19 and the Maintenance/Software logs are filled with the following:

  Warning
  2013/Apr/16
  20:29:23
  Call Control - Software
  DAM audit recovered EtherCnn 1
  at cab = 1 shelf = 1 slot = 11 circ = 2
in state 5 owned by non_existent
  pid hex 00 applic 0, link handle = 0

  Main
  log_outputs_util_en.c;1205

Any ideas what may be causing this and what does the PLID 1 1 11 2  reference?

thanks in advance

Hello,

Not sure what the log is referencing.  However, we may be able to determine the PLID location.

I would start w/ the st 1 1 11 2 command, to see the status and what device is referenced.

And from there you should be able to find it - dni, ons, ip phone, trunk, etc.

Regards,

Thanks Mike G,
It references the Ethernet Resource.

Have access to the layer 2 switch the 3300 is plugged into? Any logs on that port?

I can check with the network group regarding logs on the port.

Can't help you with what the log means but the mention of ethernet makes me wonder if their is issue with the port the 3300 connects to i.e duplex, speed or just errors in general.
