at my office we are currently using 2 different programs to keep tack of our clients. one is ACT! 2010. the other one is REA9. we are able to have the Tapi plugin work in ACT! 2010 so that it will dial the phone number that they select. with this same plugin on REA9 it will see that there is a Mitel phone but will not send the call it will keep crashing and not attempt to dial. has anyone be able to get it to work with REA9?
